Abstract
In the moral education of students, in addition to the family, the teacher has a more prominent role than other factors in school and society. The teacher can guide students in the direction of moral education by strengthening the emotional and moral spirit, the power of thinking and distinguishing right from wrong. The purpose of this study is to identify the challenges and problems facing teachers in relation to teaching ethics and emotions in school. For this purpose, using the library method, data related to the subject has been collected and while reviewing the data, the concept of ethics and especially professional ethics has been examined. The findings of this study, which are based on the analysis of information obtained from library sources and scientific articles, indicate numerous weaknesses and challenges in the elements of the ethics curriculum. In the end, it has been concluded that in order to adhere to the ethical principles in their profession, teachers should educate students in their various existential dimensions and make education something beyond simply presenting content to knowledge. Students should believe that this will be achieved by being aware of new teaching methods and practical theories in teaching and strengthening skills and attitudes of interaction with students.
