Professional ethics in education centers, with emphasis on the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution

Abstract

In the field of education, the vacuum of a charter of professional ethics is felt that is local and appropriate to the needs of the system and the Islamic Revolution, and the purpose of this study is to identify and present this model based on the statement of the second step of the revolution.In this study, using the method of collecting information in a library and using the advantages of the Foundation's data theorizing strategy in the field of information analysis, the statement of the second step of the Supreme Leader's revolution is examined and all categories, concepts and following The concepts of the values of professional ethics in the field of education are enumerated based on this statement and are classified as a charter.In the declaration of the second step of the revolution, 22 basic values and 21 practical values were summarized in 5 categories of ethics of individual and social professions, education, training centers, education centers. According to the ultimate goals of the statement, observing these requirements and values of professional ethics will lead to self-improvement in the first place, to socialization in the second degree, and to civilization in the third degree.
